Every member of your team is to fill out a copy of our registration brochure. Once the form is filled out the racer and his/her parent as well as a witness must sign it, the witness can be their coach. This is a three-page form that should be combined with the "CISL Racing Rules" and "Southington Release" linked below. This form must be filled out and returned to the League Director by the set deadline.

This is page two of the Registration Brochure, which also must be signed by the racer. The contents of this page are the rules by which our league operates. All racers and coaches should know and follow these rules. Coaches will take time out to review and reinforce these to their teams throughout the season.
